Stacy Hits 100 lbs Gone Mark in 8 Months

The hundred pound mark is a huge milestone in any obese person's life. It means, I can do this and that this time it is real. So many of us start diets with the hope that we could lose 100 pounds in less than a year, but know that in our reality it probably will not happen. That does not have to be true as Stacy has proved to herself and anyone who was watching her make this amazing transformation.

I will admit Stacy had an undying determination to get this done. She exercise hard and she kept to her program regardless of how tough life seemed at the time. During her 8 months she lived through personal stress, personal triumph, and even the sadistic humor of the scale gods who wanted to make her beg for the Onederland goal and her 100 pound marker. She persevered. At times because of stress her weight loss slowed. At times it stood still for days on end, but she knew the program she was doing worked and she didn't let a few days without loss get to her..not much anyway.

So now here she sits one hundred pounds thinner than she was last August. Not even a year has passed, and she has achieved things she didn't believe were possible - things most people don't believe could happen for them.

Although with her new workout routine I have teasingly called her She-ra, she is no one special (no offense Stacy). She is just like you. There is nothing about her that made this more possible for her than it can be for you, except that she wanted it more. She wanted it enough to struggle through on days she would have rather cheated. She wanted it enough to get herself up out of bed in the morning to exercise and then again out in the afternoon to get more. She didn't let naysayers get in her way, she didn't let her personal life get in her way, and she didn't let her own disbelief keep her from reaching her goals. You can be just like her.

Anyone who has seen her current exercise schedule could say, oh, I can't exercise like that, but what few know is that when she started her program, she hated the idea of exercise. Just like you. It was the promise, not from me, but from the results she was seeing when she did exercise that motivated her more and more. She took the risk and entered Biggest Loser contests at her gym, winning them both, she put herself out there in life and stated proudly that she was once again the conductor of her own symphony. And the music was beautiful, as beautiful as she is.

I am very proud of Stacy. Not just for the hundred pounds she has lost but for how she has changed her life and how motivated she is to continue to better it. The thought that she once hated exercise is funny since she is pursuing a career as a Fitness Trainer and Holistic Health Practitioner so she can share the value of her healthy diet and her new lifestyle.

I hope you will stop by her public page and leave her congratulatory comments. The photos you see, which will completely blow you away, are from the day she reached the 199 mark, just a few days ago. She has promised to send new 100 lb gone photos for a true public page. As soon as that is up I will let you know.

Her next goal is to reach her goal weight with 160 pounds gone by her one year anniversary. No one at Boot Camp doubts she will make it! Anyone can have Stacy's results. Don't kid yourself and say you do not have that type of determination, willpower, or whatever else you want to call it. If you want a better life. If you want real health and to shed your fat suit, all you have to do is what Stacy did. Set you gaze on the goal, and don't look up until you get there!

Check out Raw Food Boot Camp and my Individualized Program to follow in Stacy's footsteps.
